Well, i have anorexia/bulimia (self diagnosed)
and like... i want help but im scared what will happen to me...
like i know my parents will find out but im scared they will hate me loads :'(

i dunno...

i know by ana/mia im killing myself, but i just dunno what to do...
i mean if someone asked me this question for them i could tell them what to do...
but i can't get myself to tell my parents or any of my friends

ive told one friend who i never see any more...
and she didnt understand so well but she was great about it cause we where just on msn she was like oh ok... hope u get help when ur ready then

but i kno my other friends wont do that...
so im scared...

SORRY for blabing on there im just scared/worried :'(

listen to some india arie she'll inspire u that's what hepled me trust me......try to surround urself around positive ppl, if it means voluteering, traveling whatever needs to space urself from ur daily life just to break routines, it'll help clear ur mind

Its perfectly understandable about you being scared about what everyone will think about you. what you should do rather than talk to friends and family is talk to your doctor about it. He is the only one certified to give you any type of advice on how to handle this. You don't have to tell your friends and family right away but hiding something like from them for a long is not right either. But talk to your doctor first.

I will help you my mom is great and non-jugemental and she is leading a study she would prolly be glad to help SHE is REALLY great...and dont be scared your parents love you they wont be mad and you need to tell them they will help you your not alone

just tell them...if it will help..picture there faces when they find out that you died from an eating disorder...then there is no helping you...cuz you are dead.
